Luxes Nails & Spa Policies

To ensure a relaxing experience and the highest quality service for all of our guests, we kindly ask that you review our salon policies below. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.


Health & Safety

Your health and safety are our top priorities. All tools and equipment are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected after each use according to state board regulations.

For the safety of our clients and staff, we may respectfully decline service if there are signs of nail fungus, infections, open wounds, or other health concerns. Please inform your technician of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your service begins.

Appointments

Appointments are recommended to guarantee availability, although walk-ins are always welcome when time permits. We kindly ask that clients arrive on time to ensure the full service can be provided.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving 10–15 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their service depending on the schedule. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require the appointment to be rescheduled.

No-Show & Late Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice. Clients who miss appointments without notice or repeatedly cancel late may be asked to provide a deposit for future bookings.

Online Booking & Deposit Policy

To reserve your appointment, a valid credit or debit card is required for all online bookings. Please note that your card will not be charged at the time of booking. The card information is securely held only to guarantee your appointment.

Charges will only apply in the event of a no-show or late cancellation, in accordance with our salon’s cancellation policy.

Service Adjustments

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you experience any issues with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.

We are happy to provide a complimentary adjustment within 7 days of the original service if the concern is related to the work performed.

Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable. However, we are always committed to working with you to ensure you are satisfied with the final result.

Personal Belongings

While visiting our salon, we kindly ask guests to keep track of their personal belongings. We cannot be responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged items.

Spa Chair Weight Limit

For the safety of our guests and to protect our equipment, our pedicure spa chairs have a weight limit of 250 lbs.

Respectful Environment

We strive to maintain a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. We kindly ask all guests to treat our staff and other clients with respect. We reserve the right to decline service in the event of inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
